This classic strategy board game takes place on an eight by eight grid. Two players take turns placing black and white discs on the board. You must place your disc so that it traps one or more opponent discs between your own pieces in a straight line. All captured discs will flip over to match your color immediately. Occupy the corner squares early because they can never be captured back by your rival. The match ends when the board is full or neither player can make a legal move. The winner is the player who controls the most discs when no more moves remain.
